An immersive sound experience

Sound Sessions

Live, voice-centered sessions for people who know what they want to change and are ready to become who they imagine.

What happens in a session

Each session is an interactive experience built around live-looped vocal soundscapes. Through layered harmonies, rhythm, and facilitated reflection, participants settle into their bodies, release the beliefs and patterns that have been holding them back, and plant new intentions for who they want to be.

The sound creates enough comfort to be honest with yourself. From there, change stops being something you wish for and becomes something you practice. You leave with a clear intention, a felt sense of it in your body, and a next step you can take.

From knowing to becoming

One

Knowing

You know something in your life is ready to change.

Two

Envisioning

You let go of what no longer serves you and name who you are becoming.

Three

Becoming

You carry that intention into your body and your next step.

Ways to experience the work

Community sessions

A shared experience of 60, 90, or 120 minutes for community groups, arts spaces, festivals, and academic institutions.

One-on-one sessions

Private sessions shaped around the specific change you are working toward.

Into Attunement

Launching 2027

A team change program for organizations, bringing together facilitation and live sound for teams in transition. Teams name the change they need, understand how change takes hold in the mind and body, and practice it together.
